The product you’re buying may have been compromised. Unauthorized retailers may have tampered with, watered-down, is old, and therefore ineffective.

No guarantees will be made from the company if you’ve purchased your product from an unauthorized dealer. Some places do offer refunds or store credit if you have a problem with your product within a certain amount of time.

If It’s So Bad, Why Isn’t It Illegal? just because something isn’t illegal, doesn’t make it right.

How Does It Happen? There are salons out there that may not know it’s wrong to sell their products to a third party. If a salon is having trouble moving product and they’re approached to be alleviated of old product, and the third party offers 10%-30% over retail price.
